Check-in: 11am – 11pm.
Check-out: 8am – 11am.

Children

Children are not allowed.

Age Restriction

The minimum age for check-in is 16 years old.

Payments at the hotel

In cash or by credit card (Only Maestro, Mastercard, Visa are accepted).

Cancellation Policy

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking by credit/debit card or through bank transfer.
The balance will be paid upon arrival at the hotel, however the hotel may pre-authorise your
card prior to arrival.
Cancellation within over 1 month prior to the arrival date may incur loss of deposit (30%).
Any no-shows will be charged 100% of their service amount.

Pets

Pets are not allowed at the hotel.
